Life without Kristina is what I m titling this particularly surreal episode in my romantic life. Its funny how before Kristina and ran in to each other recently. I had been "relatively satisfied" with my lack of social life. Previous to the last year my love life/social life pretty much ran in very specific seasonly cycles, so a dry spell of 2 months was no big deal, It was actually expected. But over the course of the last year I hadn't been with anyone. After you've gone more than 6 months without seeong anyone, you start to get used to being alone. Your social self-preservation mode kicks in to relieve your mollify your ego lest insanity slowly but surely sets in(see crazy cat lady/mid-life crisis toupe guy in your nearest neighborhood).
And then came Kristina, crashing all hopes of terminal bachelorhood status...It was like waking up in the middle of your favorite fantasy only to find that it has manifested itself into reality. And as sure as I'm sitting here my imagination rn into high gear and decade of uresolved emotion and lust took over my every fiber. To be continued...
